Certified Timber and Simple Upkeep
The wood carries FSC 100% chain-of-custody certification, the strictest of the FSC categories, meaning the fibre in the panel is traced to a responsible forest management model and the chain of handling is documented from felling through to the finished table. That certification is issued to the processing chain rather than to the tree, which is why it tells you something useful about the manufacturing as well as the material. The same standard runs across several pieces here, so the oak veneer collection can be combined without mixing sourcing standards.
Day to day, the open bay collects dust faster than a closed drawer, so run a dry cloth through it when you change the bed. Treat the top as you would any veneer: coasters under glasses, spills wiped and dried at once, and no abrasive cream, which cuts through a thin veneer layer quickly. The piece is intended to be combined with the rest of the collection, so a matching chest or wardrobe keeps one oak tone across the bedroom.
