Discover a Tall Stool Made for High Counters
Seat height decides everything about how a stool feels, and 75 cm is the tall end of the scale: the measurement to look for under poseur tables, raised breakfast bars and the higher sort of bar counter rather than under a standard kitchen island. Before ordering, hold a tape against the underside of your counter and check that a comfortable gap remains once you are seated. Get it right and the counter becomes a place to work and eat; get it wrong by a few centimetres and nobody uses it.
The seat is upholstered in chenille with a large-structured, two-tone recycled polyester, a weave that scatters light across the surface so the beige reads as several close tones rather than a flat block. Underneath, high-density polyurethane injection foam at 60 kg/m³ gives a medium firmness: enough resistance to support you through a long sitting, enough give to feel welcoming straight away. The legs are solid ash wood in a natural coloured finish, pale and straight-grained.
